• Use our services only for lawful purposes

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually

4. Payment Terms

Individual Coaching

• Payment is due before or at the time of service
• We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and credit cards
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Corporate Training

• Payment terms will be specified in separate contracts
• Invoices are typically due within 30 days
• Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Sessions

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may result in partial charges
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee

Workshops and Programs

• Refunds available up to 7 days before the start date
• No refunds after programs have commenced
• Transfers to future sessions may be available

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by NicheTempe are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Use our materials for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
• Record sessions without explicit written consent

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Personal information shared during sessions
• Business information disclosed during corporate training
• Performance assessments and feedback

Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods and materials shared during training.

8. Limitation of Liability

NicheTempe's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from failure to follow recommendations
• Technical issues beyond our control

9. Results and Expectations

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on various factors including:

• Individual commitment and practice
• Attendance and participation
• Implementation of taught techniques
• Personal circumstances and baseline skills

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:

• Individual coaching: 24 hours notice
• Ongoing programs: 7 days notice
• Corporate contracts: As specified in separate agreements

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Vienna, Austria, or through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
